Orders are processed and delivered only after full payment is confirmed. If a transaction fails, is declined, or remains pending due to bank or gateway errors, the order will be automatically cancelled, and Spremit bears no liability.

All payments must be completed immediately at checkout. If payment is not received, the order will not be processed.
4. Customer Responsibility for Information
Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including name, email address, and any details required for service delivery. If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer:
Spremit will not issue a refund.
Any re-delivery or correction efforts will be at the customer’s expense.
5. Delivery Policy (Digital Products)
Website Kits & Plugins: Download links are sent via email immediately after payment confirmation.
Services: Delivery timelines are stated in each product description. We will communicate any delays.
If you do not receive your download email within 1 hour of purchase, check your spam folder and contact us.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Digital Products: Orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been sent. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy section below.
Services: Cancellation is permitted before work begins. Once work has started, cancellation and refund terms are as stated in the service description.
7. Complaints and Order Issues
If you experience any issues — such as a broken download link, corrupted files, or missing components — contact us within 7 days of purchase. If no complaint is raised within this period, the order is deemed successfully completed.
When filing a complaint, please provide your order number and a description of the issue.
8. Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products:
Returns are not applicable to downloadable products.
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion if you received the wrong product due to our error.
For services: if the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, we will make reasonable corrections at no extra cost.

11. International Payments and Currency
Prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) .
If paying in a foreign currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount based on their exchange rate. Any conversion fees are borne by the customer.
12. Payment Security
The Spremit website is protected by SSL encryption. All payment data is processed securely through PCI DSS-certified payment partners. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
13. Anti-Fraud Policy
Spremit reserves the right to withhold or cancel orders showing suspicious activity (e.g., unauthorized card use, fraudulent chargebacks, promotional abuse). Suspected fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

We retain order and transaction records for a minimum of one year, or longer as required by Singapore law. Data may be provided to competent authorities when legally required.
