Digital Products (Website Kits & Plugins)
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital products, subject to the following conditions:
We will issue a full refund if:
The product is defective, broken, or does not function as described.
We are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts.
You contact us within 14 days of purchase with a clear description of the problem.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to read the product description or system requirements before buying.
Issues caused by your hosting environment that are beyond the product’s scope.
Lack of features that were not listed in the product description.
Done-For-You Website Service
Refunds for our Done-For-You Website Service are handled as follows:
Before the build phase begins: Full refund available.
During the build phase: Partial refund based on work completed, at our discretion.
After website delivery: No refund once the completed website has been delivered and accepted.
Services (Speed Optimization, Rescue & Fix, Content Upload, Coaching)
Technical services: If we are unable to resolve the issue described in your service order, you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-attempt.
Coaching calls: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund or rescheduling. No refund for missed sessions without prior notice.
How to Request a Refund

Allow us up to 3 business days to investigate and attempt a resolution.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed.
